CALL TO ORDER. 2. ANNOUNCEMENT. The members of the Longwood City Commission, Mayor John C. Maingot, Deputy 1Vla~yor Dan Anderson, C,ommassioner Mike Holt, Commissioner B[. G. "Butch"' Bundy and Commissioner Brian D. Sackett will meet in closed se;~sion with City Attorney Richard S. Taylor, Jr., Special Counsel Donovan A. Roper from the firm of Roper and Roper, P.A., John J. Drago, City Administrator and a ~ Court Reporter for the purpa~se of discussing pending litigation (settlement negotiations and strategy session) with Oakwood, Inc. and Michael Towers. The estimal:ed length of time for the closed session will be two (2) hours. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes 28.6.®11(8). 3.
