1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ANNOUNCEMENT.
The members of the Longwoo~I City Commission, Mayor John C.
Maingot, Deputy Mayor Dan Anderson, Commissioner Mike Holt,
Commissioner H. G. "Butch" :Bundy and Commissioner Brian D.
Sackett will meet in closed ses~cion with Acting City Attorney Teresa
Roper, Special Counsel IDonovan A. Roper from the firm of ]Eloper
and Roper, ~'.A., John J. Drago, City Administrator and' a Court
~ Reporter for the purpose of discussing pending litigation (settlement
negotiations and strateg3~ session) with Oakwood, Inc, and Michael
Towers. The estimated length of time for the closed session will be
two (2) hours. This meeting will be conducted in accordance with
Florida Statutes 286.0111(8).
