1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. ANNOUNCEMENT.
The members of the Lon);wood City Commission, Mayor John C.
Maingot, Deputy Mayor ]Mike l3olt, Commissioner Dan Anderson,
Commissioner H. G. "Butch" P~undy and Commissioner Brian D.
Sackett will meet in closed session with Special Counsel Donovan A.
Roper from the firm of Roper 2ind Roper, P.A., John J. Drago, City
Administrator and a Court Reporter for the purpose of discussing
pending .litigation (settlennent negotiations and strategy session) with..
`r Oakwood, Inc. and Michael Towers. The estimated, length of time for
the closed session will be two (2) hours. This meeting will be
conducted in accordance with Florida Statutes 286.011(8).
3. ANNOUNCE TIME OF :RECE,SS TO CLOSED SESSION.
4. RECONVENE SPECIAL MEETING TO ANNOUNCE THE TIME
OF ADJOURNMENT OlE CLC)SED SESSION.
