9. CONSENT AGENDA.
A. Approve Minutes of the August 6, 2007 Regular Meeting.
B. Finance Division of the Financial Services Department
recommends payment of approved and estimated bills for
September 2007.
C. Finance Division of the Financial Services Department
recommends approval of the Monthly Financial Report for
July 2007.
D. The Computer Services Division of the Finance Department
recommends the City Commission approve the cancellation of
the Lanier Copier lease agreements and replacement
contract lease agreement with Ricoh Business Solutions and
authorize the City Administrator to sign all appropriate
documents.
E. The Financial Services Department recommends the City
Commission approve the Banking Services Terms and
Agreement from SunTrust and authorize the City
Administrator to sign all appropriate documents.
10. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
A. The Community Development Division of the Community
Services Department recommends the City Commission
approve or deny the requested variance (VAR 10-07) to the
Longwood Development Code for the property located within
the Historic District at 211 Warren Avenue.
B. The Community Development Division of the Community
Services Department recommends the City Commission read
by title only, set September 5, 2007 as the second public
hearing date and approve. the first reading of Ordinance
07-1836 to amend the Longwood Development Code (LDCA
04-07).
11. REGULAR BUSINESS.
A. The Finance Division of the Financial Services Department
recommends City Commission read by title only, set
September 5, 2007 as a public hearing date and approve the
first reading of Ordinance No. 07-1837 which amends the
Fiscal Year 06/07 Budget.
B. Finance Division of the Financial Services Department
recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopt ~`i

Resolution No. 07-1170, which imposes a wastewater
assessment for the 2007 Wastewater Projects.
C. Finance Divisions of the Financial Services Department
recommends the City I~ommission read by title only and adopt
Resolution No. 07-11711, which imposes a paving assessment for
the Credo Street road paving project.
D. Deputy Mayor F[olt requests the City Commission discuss the
appointment to the 20(17-08 Florida League of Cities
Legislative Policy Cowncils.
E. City Administrator recommends the City Commission read by
title only, set September 5, 2007 as a public hearing date, and
approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 07-1840 amending
the Longwood City Code, paragraph (1) in Section 2-313, Rules
and Procedures ifor Boards and Committees.
F. City Administrattor recommends the City Commission read by
title only and adopt Resolution 07-1180 which amends the City
Commission Rules and Procedures, Section 7.2 Records of
Discussion.
