Cost per person is $40.00 and must rsvp to the Recreation :Program Coordinator by November 21, 2007. D. Celebrate the Season and Annual Tree Lighting will be held on December 1, 2007 at 4:00 p.m., Longwood City Hall, corne~° of Warren Avenue a.nd Wilma Street. The City Administrator recommends the City Commission approve Metzger & Willai°d, Inc. Proposal foi° Cemetery Survey and Stalciug iu the amount of $52,970 and authorize the City Administrator to sign all appropi°iate documents. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS. ~ A. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopt Ordinance 07-1833 to amend the Longwood Development Code (COCA 03-07). B. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopt Oi°dinance No. 07-1853 to annex (ANX 01-D7) the property located at 670 South County Road 427 into the City in order to fulfill an interlocal annexation agreement between the City and Seminole County. C. The Building Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopt Ordinance 07-1854 to amend the City Code relating to building permit fees. D. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission read by title only, set December 3, 2007 as the second public hearing date and approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 07-1826 to amend the Longwood Development Code (COCA 01-07). ~ CC 11-19-07/2 11. REGULAR BUSINESS. A. City Administrator recommends the City Commission review ~ and discuss a requested rate adjustment for solid waste. and recycling collection services and give staff the direction deemed appropriate. B. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission consider a request frolm Northland, a Church Distributed, to allow the Chur°c][1 to install parking lot lighting on the City property currently under lease to the Church. C. City Clerk recommends the City Commission read by title only and adopt Resolution l.Vo. 07-1186, which designates a depositor°y, designates authorized s?guers and facsimile signatures for the City. 1.2.
