Finance Division of the Financial Services Department recommends payment of approved and estimated bills for Apri12008. i C. The Community Development Division of the Community Services Department recommends the City Commission approve awarding a work authorization with Metzger & Willard, Inc., for professional general engineering services for the amount of $33,280 and authorize the City Administrator to sign all appropriate documents. D. City Administrator recommends the City Commission approve a Joint Participation Agreement behveen the City and the Florida Department of Transportation for the installation of decorative mast arms at the intersection of State Road 15/600 (US 17/92) and Church Avenue and authorize the Mayor to J sign the agreement.
