A. Approve Minutes of the March 17, 2008 Regular Meeting.
B. Finance Division of the Financial Services Department
recommends payment of approved and estimated bills for
Apri12008.

C. The Community Development Division of the Community
Services Department recommends the City Commission
approve awarding a work authorization with Metzger &
Willard, Inc., for professional general engineering services for
the amount of $33,280 and authorize the City Administrator to
sign all appropriate documents.
D. City Administrator recommends the City Commission approve
a Joint Participation Agreement behveen the City and the
Florida Department of Transportation for the installation of
decorative mast arms at the intersection of State Road 15/600
(US 17/92) and Church Avenue and authorize the Mayor to J
sign the agreement.

Ordinance 08-1863 which amends the Fiscal Year 07/08
Budget.

2008 as a public hearing; date and approve the first reading of
Ordinance 08-1:865 which amends the Fiscal Year 07/08
Budget.
