A. Atty. Goodblatt requested the 07/24/07 Code Enforcement Board meeting be held on 07/31/07 as
she will not be available and her replacement will k~e on maternity leave.

A. Alvin Leitman of Township Plaza (case#98-06-0'16) has requested he be put on the Agenda to
appeal the decision of the Board at the 02/27/07 meeting which found Township Plaza guilty as a
repeat violator of CC, Chap. 38, 38-121 Trash 8< Det~ris in which he was fined a total of $1,600.00.
