A. Courtney Milam, attorney for Hung Mai Vu (case #~D5-03-4'47 Repeat), has asked to come before the
Board to request areduction/elimination of fines (which originally totaled $42,100.00 but were reduced to
$15,100.00 at last months meeting) assessed on the toroperfy located at 900 Wildmere Avenue.
B. Discuss changing the date of the August 2008 CEB meeting as elections are being held in the
Commission Chambers on 08/26/08. An alternate date of 08/19/08 has been reserved pending the approval
of the Board.
