AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD,
FLORIDA, MAKING IT UPJLAWFtJL TO LEAVE
UNATTENDED ANY OPEN 1~IRES OR TO BURN
ANY.OBNOXIOUS MATERIAL OPENLY WITHIN
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD AND PROVIDING.A
PENALTY POR THE VIOI,~~TION OF THIS
ORDINANCE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PFAPLE, MAYOR E~.ND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TANGV~OOD , FLORIDA _ - _
1. That it shall be unlatiaful for any person burning any
material in th.e open to leave the s~~me unattended without immediate .
and constant supervision and attention.
- 2. It shall be unlawful ]`or any person to burn in the

open any material which gives off ohnoxious or offensive odors.
3. A:ny person violating ~~ny of the provisions of this

Ordinance'sha11. be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00 o.r be
imprisoned for a term not to exceed four months or by both such,
fine and impr a.s~onment .
4. This Ordinance shall 'take effect immediately upon its
final passage a.nd adoption.
5. A.ny Ordinance or part; of Ordinances in eonf.lic:t here-
