ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD ~ :FLOF~IDA~,,
EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY TO E~.:TEND
ITS TERRITORIAL LIMITS. TO ANNEX CERTAIN ~L~INDS
LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUNDARIE~~ OF
SAID CITY .AND WITHIN THE SAME COUNTY.
,BE IT ENACTED by the people of the Citq of Longwood,
Florida: ~
1. That this Ordinance is enacted pur:~uant to Section
171.04 Florida Statutes for 1961.
2. That the City of Longwood, Florida, hereby declares
its intention to annex to the City of Longwood, Florida, at the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the adoption of this
~ Ordinance, the following described parcels of land lying eon- •
tiguous to the present boundaries of the City o:f Longwood,

Florida, and .being in Seminole County; Florida, to-wit:
(a) Lots 2 to 8, Lots 10 to 21 and Lot 16A,
Block 9, KATHRYN PARK, according to the
plat-thereof as recorded in Plat :Book 5,
Page 67, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida;
(b) Lot 2, (less road) CENTRAL PARK, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
6, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida;
(c) The West 16 feet of Lot 4, CENTRAL PARK,
according to the plat thereof., as recorded
in plat book 6, Page 99, Public Records of
Seminole County Florida;

(d) All of Block 5 and All of Block 6, KATHRYN ,
PARK, according to the plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 5,~ Pages 64 and 65,
Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
(e ) The West 139.5 f t of Eas t 269.5 f t of Lot
1; The West 200 ft of East 510.5 ft of
Lot 1; Lot 4 (less the East •200.5 ft and
the West 16 ft); all of Lot 3, anal all of
Lot 8, CENTRAL PARK, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page
99, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida;

3. That this~Ordinance shall be published once a week
for four consecutive weeks (4) in the Sanford :EIerald, a
newspaper published in Seminole County, Florid:a,.
4. That the above and foregoing tracts of land in
the aggregate contain less than ten (10) r.egis~tered electors.
5. That this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
upon its final passage and adoption.

6. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
ADOPTED at a Continuation of the Regular Meeting
of the City Council of the City of .Longwood, Florida, this
