Ordinance 200 I ORDINANCE NO AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD ~ :FLOF~IDA~,, EXPRESSING THE INTENTION OF THE CITY TO E~.:TEND ITS TERRITORIAL LIMITS. TO ANNEX CERTAIN ~L~INDS LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE PRESENT BOUNDARIE~~ OF SAID CITY .AND WITHIN THE SAME COUNTY. ,BE IT ENACTED by the people of the Citq of Longwood, Florida: ~ 1. That this Ordinance is enacted pur:~uant to Section 171.04 Florida Statutes for 1961. 2. That the City of Longwood, Florida, hereby declares its intention to annex to the City of Longwood, Florida, at the expiration of thirty (30) days from the adoption of this ~ Ordinance, the following described parcels of land lying eon- • tiguous to the present boundaries of the City o:f Longwood, l Florida, and .being in Seminole County; Florida, to-wit: (a) Lots 2 to 8, Lots 10 to 21 and Lot 16A, Block 9, KATHRYN PARK, according to the plat-thereof as recorded in Plat :Book 5, Page 67, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; (b) Lot 2, (less road) CENTRAL PARK, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; (c) The West 16 feet of Lot 4, CENTRAL PARK, according to the plat thereof., as recorded in plat book 6, Page 99, Public Records of Seminole County Florida; .
