AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 143 OF SAID CITY, SAID
ORDINANCE BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDIN-
ANCI~ OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, SAID
i AMEiJDMENT CHANGING THE ZONING 'OF CERTAIN TERRI-
TORY FROM DISTRICT C-COMMERCIAL, DISTRICT R-1
RESIDENTIAL AND DISTRICT R-2 ,RESIDENTIAL TO B-1
BUS:CNESS DISTRICT; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE;

BE :CT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LONGW00D, FLORIDA:
SECJTION 1: That Ordinance No. 143 of the City of
Longwood, Florida, passed and adopted the 4th day of. December,
1958, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance

of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and restricting the
use of buildings, structures and land for trade, industry, resi-
Bence or other purposes, be and the same is hereby amended as

SECTION 2: This Ordin,~.nce shall become effective im-
mediately upor.~ its passage and ado~~tion.
SEC'T'ION 3: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: If any Section or portion of a Section .of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful or unconstitutional,
it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force ,~R
or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.
SECTION 5: The Amendment of zoning change, as herein
provided, shall not become effective until said change is entered
upon the Official Zoning Map of the City of Longwood, Florida, in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 143.
ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING of the City Council of the
