Ordinance 85-742 (2) ORDIPJANCE N(?. 742 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGl~l00D, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 543, BEINr, THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAPJ ELEPIENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAPJ OF THE CITY OF LONG4100D, F1.OP.IDA, SAID AP-1ENDP1ENT ASSIGNING THE FUTl1RE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY TO BE OFFICE:-COMMERCIAL; PROVIDLNG FOR ~ CONFLICTS, SEPARABILITY APJD EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COf~MISSION OF THE CITY OF LONGlJOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOlJS: SECTIIJN 1: That Ordinance No. 548 of the City of Longwood, .Florida, passed and adopted the 26th day of April, 19£32 and all its amendments, said Ordinance being 'the Future Land Use Plan Element of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Longwood, regulating the future land use, be and the same is hereby amended as follows: A tract of !land being Lot 14 and a portion of Lots 9, 10 and 13, and a portion of Lake Street (vacated) per plat of Koontz Villa Park, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 25, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; being. more particularly desa~ribed as Beginning at the Southeast corner of Tract "C" of the Amended Plat of Longwood Green as recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 39 and 40, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, thence run North along the East boundary of said Tract "C" for a distance of 89.46 feE~t to~a point on a curve concave Northeasterly and having as its elements a tangent bearing of South 79 04'?_0" Fast, a central angle of 10 55'40" and a radius of 263,75 feet; thence departing the above described boundary run along the South line of that ingress and egress easement recorded in Official Record Book 1493, Page 339 and along the arc of said curve for a distance of 50.30 feet to the P,T., thence East 170.84 feet to the P,C, of a curve concave Southwesterly and having as its elements a central angle of 124 27'44" and a radius of 25..00 feet; thence along the ark of said curve for a distance of 54.31 feet to the P.T,; thence run South 34 27'44" !West along a line 10 feet PJorthwesterly of and parallel to the fdorthwesterly right of v~ray of State Road No. 427.~s it presently exists fob a distance of 57.03. feet; thence run South 89 37'05" !~?est (North 8935'33" !;lest, measured) along the North line of Tract "B" of the afore described Amended Plat of Longwood Green for a distance of 209,22. feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing 19,987 square feet or 0.46 Acres be and the same is hereby assigned the fuiure land use designation of Office- ~ Commercial. ,SECTION 2t All Ordinances ow parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTIOPJ 3: If any section or portion of a section of this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the validity, force ar effect of any other Section or part of phis Ordinance.
