The lO~Iembers of the Longwood. City Commissioyr,lVlayor H.G.
"Butch" Bundy, Deputy 1Vlayor John C. li~Iaingot, Commissioner Joe
Durso, Commissioner Milce Holt and Commissioner Brian D. Sackett
will meet in closed session with Special Counsel Donovan A. Ropea•
from the firm of Roper and Roper, P.A., Katrina Powell, City
Administrator and a Court Reporter for the purpose of discussing
pending litigation (settlement negotiations and strategy session) with
VVinsor Manor. The estimated length of time for the closed session
will be one (1) hour. This meeting will be conducted in accordance
with Florida Statutes 2~6.011(8~).
3. ANNOUNCE TIlVIE OF RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION.
4. RECONVENE SPECIAL MEI~:TIN(~ TO ANNOUNCE THE TIlVIE
