AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 495, AND ALL ITS
AMENDMENTS OF THE SAID CITY, SAID ORDINANCE
BEING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLOR:CDA, SAID AMENDMENT
CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN TERRITORY FROM
SEMINOL'E COUNTY RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY (R-
1 ) TO CITY OF LONGWOOD COMMERCIAL-OI'FICE ( C-
2), :PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE I'P ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
LONGWOOD, FLOR:LDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECT:CON 1: That Ordinance No. 495 of the City of
Longwood, Flor"Yda, passed and adopted the 23rd day of March, 1981,
and all its amendments, said Ordinance being the Comprehensive
Zoning Ordinance of the City of Longwood, Florida, regulating and
restricting the use of buildings, structures and land for trade,
industry, residence or other purpose, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
LOTS 4, 5, 6 AND 7, KOONTZ VILLA PARK,
ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT
BOOK 4, PAGE 25, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
be and the same is hereby changed and transferred from zoning
classification Seminole County RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY (R-1) to
City of Longwood COMMERCIAL-OFFICE (C-2).
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3: If any section o-r portion of a section of
this Ordinance proves to be invalid, unlawful, or t?.nconstitutional,
it shall not b~=_ held to invalidate or impair the validity, force
" or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance.

SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect upon final
passage and adoption.
