SECTION 2: The land described herein as described and depicted in EXHIBIT A is hereby permanently vacated, closed and abando~ied and is hereby transferred in its entirety to the adjacent prop~srty owner as the sole owner of'said land. ' SECTION 3: All Ordinance, or parts of Ordinances herewith, be and the same„ are hereby repealed. to the extent of such conflict.
