WHEREAS, the applicant, Brian Sackett, has petitioned the City to vacate, close,
abandon and discontinue, disclaim and renour,~ce any interest in the real property described
below and depicted in EXI-IIByT A; and,
WHEREAS, said subject property is located in the City of Longwood, and
WHEREAS, the vacating of the subject property in its entirety to the adjacent property
owners is within t:he public interest and would n~~t conflict with the goals, objectives or policies
of the City's Comprehensive Flan;
~ • NOW, TIIEItEFORE, BE IT CDRDAIN•ED BY T]EE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The land described and depicted in EXHIBIT A is hereby permanently
vacated, closed and abandoned as the southern t~Nelve and a half {12.5) feet of the twenty (20)
foot utility easement which is located at the northern property line of 399 Harbour Isle Way in
the City of Longwood.
SECTION 2: The land described herein as described and depicted in EXHIBIT A is
hereby permanently vacated, closed and abando~ied and is hereby transferred in its entirety to
the adjacent prop~srty owner as the sole owner of'said land. '
SECTION 3: All Ordinance, or parts of Ordinances herewith, be and the same„ are
hereby repealed. to the extent of such conflict.

~ ~ SECTION 4: If any section, paragraph, sentence or word of this Ordinance or the
v ~ o application thereof to any person or circumstance not held to be invalid, that invalidity shall not
~ Q ~ effect other sections or words or applications of this Ordinance.
