AIL] :TEAS, on July 20, 1992, the City of Longwood adopted. its Comprehensive Pla~~ (Ordinance No. 1019) pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 163, Part II, Florida Statutes and Chapter 9J-~ Florida Administrative Code; and WIIER>EAS, on November 19, 1993 the Florida Department of Conununity Affairs determined the City's Comprehensive Plan was u1 compliance with the requirements of Chapter 163, Pa1-t II, Florida Statutes and Chapter 9J-5, Florida Admuustrative Code; and VVI3[EREAS, Chapter 163.3174 (4) (a), Florida Statutes requires the Land Planni~lg Agency (LPA) to make recoi:runendations to the governing body regarding amendments to the Comprehensive Plan; and ~'IIERIEAS, the LPA held a public hearing on May 10, 2006, to consider the Small Scale Plan Amendment request; and reconunended the proposed Small Scale Plan Ainendinent (SPA 05- 06) be approved by the City Commission; and ®rdg~ance No. 06-1504 SP:~ 05-06 Page 1 of 3 ~IEI~~1S, the City Conullission held a public hearing 1V[ay 1, 2006 and again on May 15, 2006, pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 163.31 ~7, FS. 7~7 ~B~ I'~q~SI~ ®~{y ~AI1A~pI~ `I'I-I~gg~~~Iv'I`Y C®li~1D~Il[SSI®l~T ®lF ~'II~ ~I'I'~' ®l6' IJ®1~1 ~ VW ®®llJ~'~ ~L®ll®..LL~L-'Ly 1-S~S ~®LIJ® i'W ~7: S1EC'TIOleT ll: The following portions of the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan are hereby amended to change the land use designation of the properties described as: 1455 North County Road 427 Property ID ~ 29-20-30-300-0200-0000 ~ as depicted in EXHIBIT A, from.
