Finance Division of the ]Financial Services Department recommends approval o~f tlhe Monthly Financial Report for September 2009. ID. The Police Chief recommends the City Commission approve the distribution of $984,151..00 of Fiscal -fear 2009/2010 Edward Byrnes Justice .Assistance Grant funds for projects within Seminole County as requested by Seminole County and accept $109,323 for projjec~ts within the City of Longwood and authorize the expenditure ~of those funds. E. City .Administrator recommmends the City Commission approve a change order in the arno~unt of $13,403.04 to an existing purchase order with Severn Trent Environmental Services, Inc, for additional repair expenses related to the water treatment plants and authorize the City Administrator to sign all appropriate documents. F. City Administrator asks tl~ie City Commission to approve the Agreement between the City of Longwood and Advanced Data Processing, Inc. (ADI'n four Rescue Ambulance Billing and Related Professional Services and authorize the City Administrator to sign alll appropriate documents. G. Acting Fire Chief recommends trhe City Commission approve an Inverted Purchase Order for Advanced Data Processing, Inc. (ADPI) not to exceed '643,000.00 and authorize the City Administrator to sign alll associated documents. H. Acting Fire Chief recommends the City Commission approve an Inverted Purchase Order for Emergency Vehicle Repair, Inc. The City Administrator rf~commends the City Commission consider a request from the Central Florida Society for Historic Preservation (CF;SHP) to apj~rove a Class A Special Event permit for the 33~d ;annual Longwood Arts and Crafts Festival with provision';. "Butch" Bundy requests the City Commission discuss the State Road 4:j4 property cures with the Florida Department of'Tlransporta.tion (FDO'C) and take the action the City Commission deems appropriate. D. Mayor H.G. "Butch" Bundy requests the City Commission discuss the vandalism ai: th.e Barrington subdivision located at their entrance and retention pond and take the action the City Commission deems appropriate.
