Ordinance 06-1818 ORDINANCE NO. 06-1818 AN O:RDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FLSCAL YEAR BEGI]VNING OCTOBER 1, 2OOb AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 2007, PROVIDING FOR A BUDGET AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Longwood, Florida, has determined that the Budget for Fiscal Year 2006/2007 should be amended; and WHEREAS, Section 5 of Ordinance No. 06-1813 provides for amendments of the 2006/2007 Budget. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT OR]~AINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LO]~TGWOOD, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That the Budget for the City of Longwood, Florida, Fiscal Year 2006/2007 pis hereby amended as indicated in Exhibit "A,.:' Budget. Amendment, which. are hereby attached and made part of this Ordinance by reference thereto. SECTION 2: Effective Date. This Ordinance shall take effect upon final passage and ai~d//option.
