WHEREAS, the applicants, John and Deborah Goergen, have petitioned the City to g
vacate, close, abandon and discontinue, disclaim and renounce any interest in the real property m
described below and depicted in EXHIBIT A; and
WHEREAS, said subject property is located in the City of Longwood, and ='
WHEREAS, the vacating of the subject property in its entirety to the property owners is
within the public interest and would not conflict with the goals, objectives or policies of the
City's Comprehensive Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED I: Y THE CITY COMMISSION OF
