A RESOLUTION OF TH:E TOWN COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF LONGWO~OD, FLORIDA, CLOSING
+AND VACATING CERTAIN STREETS IN PINE
TERRACE ADDITION T~0 SAID TOWN, IN CON-
SIDERATION OF THE CONVEYANCE TO THE
' SAID TOWN OF OTHER PROPERTIES FOR
ROADWAY PURPOSES.
W~[EREAS, Naomi J. Jewell, James E. Jewell, -and
~ Charles R„ Morrison, being the otrners of .Pine Terrace Ad.di-
' tion to Longwood, Florida, haveirequested the Town Council
of Longwood to close and vacate certain streets in said
Pined Terrace Addition; and

~ ~~HEREAS, in exchange and. in consideration for the

closing and vacating of said streets said petitioners have

agreed to convey to the said Town of Longwood, Florida,
other lands for street purposes;
N(JW, THEREFOKE, BE IT`~„RI~SOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LONGWOOD, FLORIDA.:
That an ordinance be p~re:pared closing and vacating
those streets as set forth in t>rre petition of the said peti-
tioners in exchange and in con.si.deration for the conveyance
by the said petitioners to the Town of Longwood or such other
public governmental unit as th.e Town 'of Longwood may desig-
nate, of the following descrit~eil property for roadway pur-
poses: .
A strip of land 25 feet wide, starting at the
corner of Pine Street and West Lake Avenue,
and running south to t:hcs intersection. of
lviolnar Street, thence we:st to the center of
4th Avenue, West, said :trip comprising a
continuation of West I.al:e Avenue and Molnar
- Street;
together with such other land ozi the south side of Pine
Terrace Addition as may be nee:di;d for the: construction of
the proposed highway to Sanlar~d~~ Springs.
