The city received an anonymous Internet complaint about a shed being erected on the property without a permit. Sorzone from the f a d y contacted the building dept. and requested infonnadon. They said the shed mas on the property when they purchased it. The city requested the respondent provide a survey showing the shed %as on the propertym-hen it was purchased. Rrspondent mas not heard from again. Served 03/19/C1 received by respondent at 1259 pm by Ofc. S. Valente LPD. City requests remedy to show a survey, get a permit or remove the shed. A new structure in back yard of 538 Tiberon Cove Road was noticed by code enforcement on 12/05/OC and a stop work order was issued. Mr. Meador applied for a permit but all the papemork m-as not completed as requested. On 3/19/21 notice of hearing was issued by Ofc. J. Coch, Lonp-ood P. D. 4fr. Laq-Bfeador was present and said that when he decided to repair the deck he called the building dept. and they said no permit was needed. He applied for a permit on 12/13/Cl. He has called a d stopped by building dept but gotten no word on his permit.
