On-ner ~ n d Paul Taylor, Business Owner 330 Harbour Isle Way Lonewood, FL 32750 The city sent a letter on 07/30/01 about the removal of trees n-ithout J permit, a violation of the Longwood Land Development Code. Since the damage is not reversible the only remedy is a fine and/or re-planting of trees removed. The violation seemed to be simply a miscommunication between the landowner and the tree senice. Joe Schrimsher testified, that the tree service got camed away md he did come in for an arbor permit to remove the uees after they had been removed. >like Schrimsher testified the land is .5 acres and has 233 uees. Laura Moehlenkamp made a motion to close the public hearing and seconded by Joe Hamnan. N1 were in favor. Laura Moehlenkamp made a motion to find respondent guilry of violating Longwood Land Development Code 31-35, the facts occurred that the respondent admitted guilt; the trees were cut donn unintenrion;~lly. No fine or penalty imposed. Clarence Lane seconded the motion. Vote was 5 in favor, 0 against and 0 abstaining. G. CEB 01-08-153 Daniel C. itnd Janet K. hIills 6U Seminole Ave. Longwood, FL 33750 On 06/27/01 the civ issued a notice of violation for outdoor storage, boats and trailers not being screened. The violation is Longwood Land Development Code 24-23.13 and Longwood Land Development Code 31-23.09. The city issued a notice of hearing; served on Janet Mills 08/09/01 at 650 p.m. by Officer Kleinmmn of the Longwood Police Deparrment. There has been some effort on cleaning up the outdoor storage, and .m attempt to put up fence. hlr. hlills testified that he bas special ordered a gate for the west side .tnd he is fencing the east side as he citn afford. Mr. Mills testified that he has made many improvements on his yard since moving in ~ n tpir oduced photographs as evidence.
