Photo of property taken today with pool in same condition was shown. Pump was not working. Pool needs to have functioning pump and right level of chemicals so pool does not breed mosquitoes. Respondent h r y Gamble testified. She said she has done nothing to the pool since the pool pump had been f~xeda nd the filter was sabotaged. 4 h . Gamble wanted to nmble on about Longwood having problem with her. She would not stay on the topic of the code violation. Ernie Tolos motioned to close public hearing. Joe Hartman seconded the motion Luis .'ilvando made 3 motion to find the respondent guilty of ~iolatingL ongwood Land Development Code Section 14-25.33. In support of this motion facts as occurred are pool has no circulating pump and water is green and breeding mosquitoes. The respondent was upset and kept interrupting the motion talking bout unrelated issues and was asked by the chairman to let the Board conclude. The Chairman asked Code Inspector Price to get someone to escort the respondent out of the meeting. Chairman Lomas called a 5 minutes recess. The respondent left the chambers. The meeting was called back to order 3t 7:55 p.m. Luis .-Vvamdo resumed his motion that the pool was a health hazard and that Sty code enforcement did follow up visits to make sure the propem was in compliance and 3 notice of hearing was delivered. He further moved to give the respondent 1C days to bring from receipt of r i a l order to bring the property into compliance or a penalty of Sji; per day will be imposed for each and every day of non-conipliance.
