for outdoor storagc and boats not p being screened. 'l'hc outdoor storagc is in comphance. Photos were shown in cvidencc takcn on 02/11/02 when first cited. Boats are in back vard but
no fencing around them. On 02/11 /02 notice of violation was issued for boats not being screened. On 02/2 1 /02 a notice of non-compliance was issued. hlr. Reighard (Ms. Zucchl's husband)
called and requested an estension. On 03/20/02 spoke to him again, a lot of work had been done and he \vas applying for a fence permit to screen the boats, and addtional estension was
given. Noted that on 03/21 /02 a fcnce permit had been applicd for. Thc permit n-as pickcd up on 01/15/03. Spoke with owners on 05/04/03 and was adrised they were nvorhng with Classic
Fencc and they were given anothcr cstcnsion. On 06/08/02 inspection nothmg had been done. -4 letter was sent on 06/12/02 giving &em 7 days to comply. Sergeant hlcKenna of the Long\-ood
Policc Department sen-ed a notice of hearing to hlr. Reighard at 725 pm on 07/07/02. Tim Reighard spoke as the husband of the respondent. Hc is not dcnying a need for compliance. He
had trouble securing financing for the fence and has no\\. secured financing from a friend for S3000 to do the fencing project. He ad\-iscd he needed two n-eeks to install the fcnce.
The permit is for an 8-foot q-press board on board fence. Laura hIohlenkamp motioned to close the public hearing and Andrew AlcGarry seconded. The Board voted all in favor. Laura hlohlenkamp
