CEB 02-11-281 Max E. and Laurel hliartin Re: 275 Rangeline Road Longwood, FL 32750 Cathy Price presented this case of a violation of a zoning issue. Piles of dirt have been deposited on tlus propeny. A photo was shown as evidence. Any time elevation of property to be changed by adding dirt a site plan is required. Respondents were issued a notice of violation on 10/10/02 given t d 10/18/02 to comply. On 10/21/02 hh. hhrtin came in and spoke to Jay Sargent in the Planning Depmment. Mr. Sargent advised the respondent he would need an engineer's report reference to the impact of the dirt on the properry or else to remove the dirt from the propeny. On 10/24/02 Mr. Martin came into the Code office and said he was going to build a house. On 11/06/02 a certified letter nas sent and signed for by Mrs. Marcin on 11/12/02. The Ciryis asking for a site plan to be applied for or for the the remov~ol f the dirt from the propeq. Mr. hhx and h k . Laurel hhrtin spoke on theu behalf. They have onwed the property for quite some ).ear;. It had a high build-up of dirt on it nhen bought. They decided to build a house on the propeny but the plan was discarded after 9/11/01. On 11/13/02 photographs were taken and submitted as evidence. No effon has been made to clean up garbage from the ground.
