the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. The Recordirlg Secretary called the roll. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes from the 0ct:~ber2 6, 2004 meeting were presented. Member McGarry would
like to make a correction on the minutes. He stated that from his memory he recommended a $200 administration fee. The Board Attorney said that her notes indicated it was also $200 and
the compliance daio was 4 days and not 10 days. Ms.Goodbla'ct also had a correction on the Bzsti~ case,? fine of $50 a day and 10 days for service rather than 5 days for sarvice and
$25 a day. There was some discussion about the minutes. Recording Secretary stated that she will go back and listen to the tapes again. Chairman Bob Lomax asked for a motion to approve
the minutes with the two noted acceptions. Mr. Tolos made the motion and Mr.McGarry seconded the motion made by Mr.Tolos. Unanimous voice vote carried the motion with Vice Chair Moehlenkamp

this property on July 06, 2004 under FL Bldg. Code, Sec. 104.1 .I No Building Permit and LDC, Art. V, 5.3.4 Sheds and Storage Building. She revisited the property on August 12, 2004
The property was not in compliance, this case went in front of the Historic Preservation Board to obtain approval for the shed and was denied by the board. Notice of Hearing was served
on November 2,2004 by an officer of the Longwood Police Department. The city recommends that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00 be imposed and to give the respondents 5 days from the
date of service to remove the shed or a fine of $50 a day be imposed for each and everyday of noncompliance. Code Inspector Howington answered questions from the Board Members Shirley

and LDC, Art. V, 5.3.4 Sheds and Storage Building. In support of this motion he asked the board find the following facts occurred. The storage shed has been placed in rear yard without
first obtaining a building permit. He further moved to impose an Administrative fee of $1 00 and to give the respondents 15 days from the date of service to bring the pi-ope@into compliance
or a fine of $50 a day will be imposed for each and everyday of non compliance. The property owner has to obtain a building permit or a take the shed down to be incompliance. Seconded

Art XI Site plan criteria. In support of this motion he asked the board find the following facts occurred. The vehicle sale business is to display no more than 5 vehicles. If more than
5 vehicles are displayed then a site plan is required. He further moved no Administrative fee be imposed and to give the respondent 3 moilths or a fine of $100 a day be imposed for each
and everyday of noncompliance, seconded by Member Luis Alvarado. There was additional discussion among the member of the board. Member Tolos made an amendment to his motion, the number
of cars there now must be reduced to 5, he has 5 days from the date of the final orders to do so and 90 days to submit a site plan; 120 days from the date of service to pull a permit
and begin construction or ail the vehicles have to be removed from the site, seconded by Member Luis Alvarado. Voting on the first amendment was carried by a unanimous roll call vote
