The Recording Secretary called the roll. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes from the February 22,2005 meeting were presented. Member Tolos made a motion to accept the minutes of the
February meeting. Seconded by Member Greenhalgh. Code Enforcement Board Attorney stated that there needed to be some changes to one of the findings on the Lehman case. Minutes were amended
to reflect that CEB 05-02-440, Lehman was in violation of not having an Occupational lice?nse as well as LDC, Art X. Seconded by member Greenhalgh and carried by a unanimous roll call

Vehicle. She revisited the property on January 18, 2005 the property was not in compliance, Notice of Hearing was served on Stacey Pytelski on March 10,2005 by an Officer of the Longwood
Police Department. The respondents were not present. The city request that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00 be imposed. Code lnspector Howington answered questions from the Board Members
Vice Chair Tolos moved to close the public hearing. Seconded by Member Greenhalgh and carried by a unanimous voice with members McGarry and Porter absent. . Greenhalgh moved, based on
the evidence and the testimony, to find the respondents guilty of violating CC, Chap. 22, 22-28 lnoperable Vehicle. In support of this motion he asked the board find the following facts
occurred. Two vehicles, a blue Oldsmobile and a grey Volvo with no tags parked in the driveway. He further moved to impose an Administrative fee of $100. to be paid within 30 days from
the date of service, and to give the respondents 5 days to come into compliance or a fine of $ 100 a day per vehicle. Seconded by Vice Chair Tolos and carried by a unanimous roll call

he asked the board find the following facts occurred, an inoperable vehicle was pulled in the right of way the vehicle has a flat tire and expired tag. He further moved to impose an
Administrative fee of $100 and to be paid within 30 days from the date of service and to give the respondents 5 days to bring the property into compliance from the date of service of
the order or a fine of $100 per violation per day will be imposed for each and every day of non compliance. Seconded by Vice Chair Tolos and carried by a unanimous roll call with Members
McGarry and Porter absent. D. CEB 05-03-444 SASTRE 150 W. Evergreen Ave Longwood, F132750 Code Compliance Inspector Price reported she cited this property on January 24,2005 under CC,
Chap. 12, 12-2(2) TrashIDebris; CC, Chap. 10 Occupational License; LDC, Art V, Sec 5.4.12 Outdoor storage; LDC, Art Ill, Sec. 3.6.1C(4) Prohibited use of parking spaces: LDC, Art VI,
Sec 6.7.6 Signs to be maintained . She revisited the property on February 02, 2005 L the property was not in compliance. Notice of Hearing was served on Ricardo Mazzoli on March 05,2005
by an Officer of the Longwood Police Department. The respondents were not present. The city requests the respondents be found guilty of violating CC, Chap. 12, 12-2(2) TrashlDebris;

of this motion he asked the Board find the following facts occurred. This business has been operating from this location since 2002 with out a current occupational license. Stacks of
bread trays and other miscellaneous items stored outside. There was a large trailer stored in the parking spaces in front of the building. There were wood pallets, some broken, and other
miscellaneous trash, lumber, lying around the property. The sign showing the name of the business had letters missing. He further moved to impose fees imposed for not having an occupational
license of $1221 to be paid 30 days from the date of the final orders; to obtain an occupational license CEB MEETING03122105 Page-3
within 30 days from the final order and 5 days from the date of service for LDC, Art Ill, Sec. 3.6.1 C(4) Prohibited use of parking space; CC, Chap. 12, 12-2(2) TrashIDebris: LDC, Art
V. Sec 5.4.12 Outdoor storage or a fine of $1 00 a day per violation and to give the respondents 5 days from the date of setvice for violating LDC, Art Vl, Sec 6.7.6 Signs to be maintained
or a fine of $50 a day will be imposed for each and everyday of non compliance. Seconded by Member Greenhalgh and carried by a unanimous voice vote with Members McGarry and Porter absent.

lnspector Price reported she cited this property on January 18, 2005 under CC, Chap. 22, Sec. 22-33 Storage of Boats, RV, Trailer. She revisited the property on January 25, 2005 and
the property was not in compliance. Notice of Hearing was served on m Elizabeth Rowland on March 05,2005 by an Officer of the Longwood Police Department. The city requests the respondent
be found guilty of violating CC, Chap. 22, Sec. 22-33 Storage of Boats, RV, Trailer. The city recommends that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00 be imposed. Property came into compliance

to find the respondent guilty of violating CC, Chap. 22, Sec. 22-33 Storage of Boats, RV, Trailer. In support of this motion he asked the board find the following facts occurred; there
is a yard maintenance trailer parked on the east side of the house but not screened as required. He further moved an Administrative fee of $25.00 to be paid within 30 days from the date
