22-33 Boats, RVs, Trailers, and Campers. She revisited the property on February 28, 2005 the property was not in compliance, Notice of Hearing was served on Todd Ditchfield on April
01,2005 by an Officer of the Longwood Police Department. The city request that an Administrative fee of $100.00 be imposed. Code lnspector Howington answered questions from the Board
Members Brian Ditchfield and Paula Walsh spoke in reference to this violation. Vice Chair Tolos moved to close the public hearing. Seconded by Member Gr-eer~halgha nd carried by a unanimous
voice. Greenhalgh moved, based on the evidence and the testimony, to find the respondents guilty of violating CC, Chap. 22, 22-33 Boats, RVs, Trailers, and Campers. In support of this
motion he asked the board find the following facts occurred, two trailers and one boat parked in driveway. He further moved to impose an Administrative fee of $100 to be paid within
30 days from the date of service, and to give the respondents 20 days to come into compliance or a fine of $ 100 a day per violation. Seconded by Vice Chair Tolos and carried by a unanimous

22, 22-33 Boats, RVs, Trailers, and Campers; CC, Chap. 22, 22-32 Commercial Vehicles. She revisited the property on February 28, 2005 the property was not in compliance, Notice of Hearing
was served on Dorothy Nellis on April 04, 2005 by an Officer of the Longwood Police Department and served on Nicole Nellis on April 01, 2005 by an Officer of the Longwood Police Department.
The city request that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00 be imposed. Code lnspector Howington answered questions from the Board Members. Randal Nellis spoke in reference to this violation.

occurred. Commercial Vehicle and trailer are both parked in the front yard. He further moved to impose an Administrative fee of $1 00 to be paid within 30 days from the date of service;
property is in compliance as of meeting day. Seconded by Member Greenhalgh and carried by a unanimous roll call.

22, 22-28 Inoperable Vehicle; CC, Chap. 5, 5-164 Posting of Address Numbers and CC, Chap. 10 Occupational Licenses. The city request that an Administrative fee of $100.00 be imposed.

Member McGarry moved, based on the evidence and the testimony, to find the respondent guilty of violating of CC, Chap. 22, 22-28 Inoperable Vehicle; CC, Chap. 5, 5-1 64 Posting of Address
Numbers and CC, Chap. 10 Occupational Licenses. In support of this motion he asked the board find the Following facts occurred. No house numbers posted, two vehicles parked in driveway,
one with flat tire, and the other with an expired tag and a business is being operated with no currant occupational licenses. He further nioved to impose an Administrative fee of $100
and to be paid within 30 days from the date of setvice and to give the respondents 5 days to bring the property into compliance from the date of service of the order or a fine ot $250

the date of service of the order or a fine of $10 per day per violation will be imposed for each and every day of non compliance. Seconded by Vice Chair Tolos and carried by a unanimous
