order at 7:OOp.m. The Recording Secretary called the roll. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes from the July 26, 2005 meeting were presented Member McGarry moved to accept the minutes
of the July meeting seconded by Member Brown. Amy Goodblatt, Board Attorney suggested the following changes be made to the minutes: 1. Roman numeral "C" should have been "D". 2. CEB

she cited this property on July 9, 2005, under City Code, Chapter 12.5 Outdoor Storage; City Code, Chap. 12, Sec. 12-2(2) Trash or Debris; City Code, Chap. 12, Sec. 12-2(1) High Grass
and Weeds; City Code, Chap. 22, 22-28 lnoperable Vehicle. She revisited the property on July 21, 2005 and the property was not in compliance. Notice of Hearing was served on August 9'"
2005 by a Longwood Police Officer. The City requests that an Administrative fee of $100.00 be imposed. Code lnspector Howington answered questions from the Board Members. Chris Hoff,
homeowner, spoke in reference to this violation. Member McGarry moved to close the public hearing. Seconded by Member Brown and carried by a unanimous voice vote with Chairman Lomax
and Member Dube absent. Member McGarry moved, based on the evidence and the testimony, to find the the respondent guilty of violating City Code, Chapter 12.5 Outdoor Storage; City Code
Chap. 12, Sec, 12-2(2) Trash or Debris: City Code Chap. 12, Sec. 12-2(1) High Grass and Weeds; City Code Chap. 22, 22-28 Inoperable Vehicle. In support of this motion, he asked the board
find the following facts occurred: Grass and weeds exceeded 10" and auto parts were in front of the garage. Also, there were stacks of bricks stored on the front porch and a black BMW
with no tag in front yard. He further moved to impose an Administrative fee of $50 to be paid within 30 days from the date of service of final orders. Seconded by Member Kirk and carried
by a unanimous roll call vote with Chairman Lomax and Member Dube absent. B. CEB 05-08-473 KLELElGeorge & Patricia 906 Rangeline Rd. Longwood, FL 32750 Code Compliance lnspector Howington
reported she cited this property on July 7, 2005 under City Code, Chap. 12, 12-2(1) High Grass or Weeds. She revisited the property on July 16, 2005 and the property was not in compliance;
Notice of Hearing was served on August 10, 2005 by Code Compliance lnspector Howington via First Class Mail and Certified Mail. The City requests that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00
be imposed. Code lnspector Howington answered questions from the Board Members. Gabriella Stevens, daughter of George Klele (deceased) and sister to Patricia Klele, spoke on behalf of

or a fine of $10 per day for each and every day for violation City Code, Chap. 12, 12-2(1) High Grass or Weeds. Seconded by Member Kirk and carried by a 3-1 roll call vote with Vice-Chair
Tolos voting nay and Chairman Lomax and Member Dube absent. C. CEB 05-08-474 JORDAN, Tiffane 738 E. Warren Ave Longwood, FL 32750 Code Compliance lnspector Price reported she cited this
property on April 23, 2005 for City Code, Chap. 22, 22-33, Trailerljet skis not screened. She She revisited the property on May 4, 2005 and the property was still not in compliance.
Notice of Hearing was served to Tiffane Jordan on August 91h, 2005 by a Longwood Police Officer. The City requests that an Administrative fee of $1 00.00 be imposed. Code lnspector Price

days from the date of service and to give the respondents 30 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $250.00 per day for violation of City Code, Chap. 22, 22-33, Trailerljet
