EXPLANATIONBACKGROUND:
Mr. Sizemore explained that the applicant proposes to bnilU an addition to the existing single

EXPLANATIONBACKCROUND:
Mr. Sizemore explained that the applicant proposes to build a new swimming pool in the
back yard of the single family home located at 1055 Eden's Gale Court. The DroDOSed pool

and the back yard is sloped so that drainage would not Flow omo adjacent properties.
