MOTION/RECOMMENDATION:
The Planning Divi of the Communiry Serv s Departm ends that the

Saint John'a Rlvu Water Menagemevt District and will present a wetland mitigation plan for
property within Longwood city limits to be approved by the City Engineer prior w site plan
approval.
EXPLANATIONNACKGROUND:
The applicants are Alarming to develop an uu-addressed piece oflndustrial (IND) property east
oflsland Lake South. The property is ourzently surtounded by othu parcels end by Island Lake
e side. end there no Right of Way ac to thcsite. In orderto access theirpropeny, the
applicants have explored dre ppssibiliry oP extending eavlt of the mrrounding roads, but al I
xcept Savage Court are blocked 6om access. Ifagmement can be reavhed by adjacent property
