The City of Longwood is seeking a setback variance in order to conswct the Longwood
Community Building on the SW comer of Wilma Street and Warren Ave. The building will
provide needed facilities Cor reoreetional purposes as well es a public meeting place for the City
and its residents and businessu_ The Gty purchased the progeny in 1999 Por the puryose of
locating the thaility_ The property where the Ed Myera Building is presently located will be
