Applicant: Ifarcos Marchena -Amoco. Owner: Construction Enterprises, Inc. Zoning: C-3. Mrs. Suber opened the public hearing and displayed proof of publication. Mrs. Suber asked if anyone present would like to speak for the va Mr. Marchena, representative for Amoco, expl a fined that the first v sa ry due to Lhe fact that an internal road was being providedcto ceethree parcels, one to the east of Amoco and one to the west, a well a srt he Amoco site.
