Mr. Beaver pointed out the major tlifferences in the two plans, i driveway taken out, buffer addetl, parking n front straightened out, addi teon of wall, more green space in front of building. Motion by Mrs. Suber, s co nded by Mrs. Shomate, to close the public hearing. Motion carried by a unanimous roll call vote. It was the co of the 6oartl that iY was diffi talc to rule on the variances due to the fat tethat they did not have a rent plan prior to the meeting.
