4. Public Nearing - Variance requested by hlontcan Investments, [nc. to reduce
width of required landscape buffer between proposed drive-in window aisle and
west property line fora distance of 115' from required 3' width to i' width,
also to reduce number of pa rki n9 spaces from required 106 spaces to 99 spaces.

intersection -proposed Longwood Commercial Center.
Mr. Lewis opened the public heart n9 and asked if anyone present would like to

Mr. Lewis opened Lhe Public Hearing and asked if anyone present would like to
speak for or against the varl anc e.

the s e down below 201 sq. ft. Nr. Barry stated if the signs qe had been computed
