Nr. Lewis opened khe Dvbl is hearing and df splayed proof of publication. Dlr. Fred
SFf pman spoke in favor of the va explaining that they would comply with
the setbacks of the L-3 zoning regulations and the re n for the va request

required by code and they were requesting that 125 spaces be permitted. Mr.
Shipman sia Ced there will be adequate land in the front of the buiidi n9 or
at the rear of the parking, on the south side.

Motion by Mrs. Shoma te, s conded by Dr. Pearl, to grant the va requested

Notion carried by a unanimous roll call vote.
