Mrs. Shomate questioned the alternatives. She stated that if the plant c n be improved and made more modern, then that may be the best alternative. Mrs. Su ber asked M[. Nagle if the City could be forced to look el sewhe[e if the Special Cx ception is denied. Nagle stated that discussions wach the County to purchase sewe[ capacity ate still preliminary.
