The Meeting was called to order by Chairman John Crystal. 2. Approval of Minutes of October 3, 1983 Meeting: Motion by Mr. Goldberg, second by Mr. Korb to approve the October 3, 1983 Pli notes as written. 3. Public Hearing -Hacker Hgmes, lnc. Request for a e to lot width at boil ind 9 Tine ~~DO feet to 9D #eet on Lots 5, 6, ],y15,a16 and 1] in the proposed Tyl ers' Love Subdivision. Mr. Crystal opened the Public Heart nq and asked if anyone would like to speak for Lhe request. Mr. Bing Hacker of Hacker Homes, inc. stated he would like to speak for the request stating that when the final plans were drawn they realized that the rear yards would be too small so they tlec ided to move the buildings forward. He stated the bvildi nqs would till meet the required setbacks for R-1 A, but would make the lots ~ more aesthetically pleasing. Mr. Crystal asked if anyone would like to speak against the request. No one spoke a9ai nst tine request. Motion to close the Public Hearing by Mr. Goldberg, second by Mr, Korb. Motion carried by a unanimous vo lce vote. 4.
