Ms. Walsh opened discussion about the upcoming Bike ROdeo. She contacted the
Bike Shop and mey said they were moving to Lake Mary, but cools] come out and
de bike checks, but not bring the ramps that were used loot year. Slie then asked far
comments er ideas.

Vice Chair Aolt said last year Sears had donated 80 m~ 90 helmets. Ne saitl
volunteers that are at the event use cardboard can to teach the kids how to avoiU
the tralRe, when to stop and go at intersections, and mainly Aow to ride a bike

He also said they received all kinds of fruit from a produce market, and they setup
games iv the achool pertaining to safety.

yes, but had to check with the Vice Principal. She was also very pleased that the

She HaU to get with a gentleman up in the University of Florida to see if they can get

Ms. WalsA iufonned all that the Septembu 4, 2001 meeting would have to be
ved to September lt, 2001 because of the pmvy referendum election on the
fourth of September.
