Chair McCoy called the meeting to order at]:IOp.m.
Mrs. Forrest gyve the December ]. 1999 minmes to C,heirman McCoy who asked for a motion to
approve minmes were approval 5-0.2 with mambas Cravetm and Daagheny absent.
2. Old Business
Member Breckon reminded the board that last yea she suggested the board members should go
rte park a month and report beck to Mr. Zappitello with ideas for improvements m help him
with the bodges and thought thvt shonld be stazteU again this year.
Mr. McCoy asked if she could make maps for them m use end bring them to the next meetine.
3. Diratnr's Report
Derek Zappitel to said bleachers with law requirements were delivered and put in place to be

Chairman McCoy asked about the old blaachue Mr. ] ppimllo said they would be scared until he

he also said some church's wanted them but had to see how they could acquire them.

Me. Z,appitallo said he would like to see in-line skating and skate boards tied io with the bike
show. He though it should ba around the opening of school, about August 19, 2000.
The Easter Egg Hunt will be the week-end before taster on April 15th, or the 16th as a rein date.
