Aetfng Chair Hattner tolled Bm meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. She then called for approval
of the February and March Minute, Member Holl made a moHmt to approve Bm minutes
Motion carried with a h- .1 with Member Anderson absent.

Discussion ensued about We Easter Event with Ms. W atsh and Member Hattner informing

Ms. Walsh eaplained that all repairs fell under the five year plan that Land Design has
drawn up and ix in the book that was prt toted to a6 members at this meeting.
