CALL TO ORDER Chairman Uan McCoy railed the meeting to order at 9:OOp.ni. He [hen called for an approval of the minutes for October 3, 2000. Member McCoy then turned the meeting forward to the subjet of the Christmas event. Vice Chair Breckon [hen proceeded to hand out two Byers pertaining to the Christmas Event xhedule. She said Kim Zay who is h~ charg<of the Girl Scouts, was to be here touighe to give bar a list of all the diRUent booths with the diRerent crafts so she will probably fax Nam to her within the next couple of weeks so she can go shopping for the s needetl. She will mke care of the booths the same as last year. The Byer will be put into the Utility Bill for Daembu.
