CALL TO ORDER. Mr. Holt called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. 2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION. Ms. Tolos was invitetl to sit at the members table, 3. OLD BUSINESS. a. Approve October 1, 2002 Minutes. Mr. Holt asketl for an approval of the minutes for October 1, 2002. MSC Daugherty/O'Keefe) to approve the Oc[ober 1, 2002 minutes. Motion passed 5~0-2 with Members Gilmore antl Rebello absent. P&R Minutes November 6, 2002 Pg. 2 Mr. Holt asked the member if all had read the Rules and Regulations and if they were acceptable as written. Mr. Antlerson suggested antler Article IV, b., should reatl, "The Chairpers n, Vice Chair or Selectetl Chair of forum present pertorm the duties normally confertetl in accordance with Parliamentary Procetlure basics for Governmental Bodies by Randi Suphen." Ali agreed and asketl the Secretary to please check to see if it coultl be changed, antl please revise and make new copies for all Board Members. b. Coordina[ofs Report. Ms. Walsh thanked all who participated in the Halloween Event inciutling "BOOViIie" antl saitl it was a great success. All members asked if something for the children between seven and twelve years of age coultl be worked oul for next year since they are too old for "BOOViIIe" antl may not be quite reatlyfor the Haunted House. All membere said they would think about options during the coming year. Ms. Walsh presented a flyer of the schetlule for [he Christmas Even[. I[ was passed around for all to read. Discussion followed of some of the items meniionetl. Members said to delete the word needy when referting to the families in town that received [he Christmas food and gifts. Members also thought atltling a reminder to please bring can goods. Mr. Holt said since there was no further discussion, he woultl call the meeting adjourned.
