Chair Shoemaker called the meeting to order at ]:06 p.m. 2. Approval oP Minutes Jaoaary4, E005 Regular Meeting. Vice Chair Belair moved m approve the minutes as presented. Seconded by Member Richardson and carzied by a unanimous voice vote with Member Gavoni absent. 3. Public Participation. Gov WeI~Is, 103 East Churoh Avenue, stated he was present to discuss the ]uly 4'^ celebration. Chair Shoemaker said she would rxognize him during the July 4'"discussion. 4. Old Business. A. Ms Meli stated the Easter Egg Hont would be held on March 19.2005 at Candyland Park, 9:30 - I I:10 a.m. She stated it would be advercised in the utility bills and on the city website. Ms. Mali said the Rock the Park event would be held in lone at Candyland Park.
