Chevmen Holl celled Ne meeting to order at 7;00 p.m. Chainnen Holt asked tlresecretary to
call the roll.

Chairman Holt aked Ms. Walsh to come forward mid recognize Chloe Londono for singing
`Proud to beau American" at National Night Out. The board presented her with v eertifiute and
a pictwe ofherself singing at the event.
Chairman Holt acknowledged die Londono ( ily which was present for the award.
Chairman Holt iniroducel Mr. Hill Langford with Stage Systeme who provided the audio
es for National Night Out. He would like the board to consider using Mr. lamgford's
es for future events. Heivvited Mr. Cvngford to Wem ling to let the bcwd know what
help ha could provide, to review the audio set up at National Night Out, and give Ns
ruommendadons to improve the audio provided at future events.

Member Pflug eked Mr. Langford abom providing his service at IAe "Rock the Park" event.
Mr. Langford said hewould bo able to provide till eervioae and world be able to provide DS
services for the event. He said he has worked with various radio stations nl events in d[e past.

Member Rebello made a motion ro have the Recreation Coordinator contact radio
inn the idea by them, and ask for their suggeNions and ivpul. Tlren the

After discussion, Member Rebello withdrew her motion.
Ms. W alsh said she would draft a letter to Ne radio stations asking for Nair participation in the
event
Me. Walsh mentioned the "Bike Rodeo" event. It would be held Saturday, September 27, 2003,
at City Hxll from 9:00 a.m. to noon.
