Discussion was held regarding serving different p~pes of food
Ns. Mali reported the Girl Scants would be in charge ofcrafis. She said
they would have Face painting and she tvs looking into having Hors and
Carriage cider throu¢h the Historic Disaict. She stated Santa attires at
approximately 4:15 and is there for [he duration of the evening.
Chair Shoemaker said it would be nice ro have the Community Buildiv¢
open, even though this has not occurred in the past.
Discussion ensued regarding the use of the Community Building during
Celebrate the Seasons.
Chair Shoemaker Hated the Commwiry Buildine should be opened for
Celebrate the Seasons and the entertainers should perform on the sage in
the Community Building. She mid perhaps there could be n more
veditional dinner for Nis event.
Mn~ror Bundy wncuaed it would be mce to have the Community Buildine
open. He said the entenainmevt could be on the srmge or on the porch of
the Community Building, He said this was a valid point and hewrould
bring it up ar Monday's City Commisson me _
Ms. Mall said the time frame was too shoo to plan Poi a dinner fortis
year. She said she envisioned this as a Iungwood community event. She
said this could be discussed for the future.

Ms. Mali reviewed the various items to be raffled off. She suaeested
calking arouvd to sell ra1Ae tickets this year. She said, if using the
Communi[ Building for the entertainment perhaps speakers could be
outside the buildine as well.
Vice Gteir Driver said it would he nice to have a chorus for the tree
