2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATIOT -
Ms. Vanessa Swartzbaugh spoke about the Christmas tree lighting
service and the girls participation in the event.
This year they will have a cookie and a wildlife ornament station. She
displayed an ornament and asked for the boards opinion for the color
of the ornament. The consensus of the board was to have mixed
colored ornaments, half white and half silver. There will be a wreath
that the children can take home and they have fun foam that the
children can color if they want. The girls will cut magnetic tape to place
on the back of the ornaments so it can go on the refrigerator. The
girls will also have a box to exchange non-perishable food items for an
ornament. In addition, there will be face painting, a cake walk, and

buildings are already decorated for Christmas.
The board asked for a letter to be drafted to the Police Department
inviting the officers to attend the ceremony.
It was suggested that the fire truck with Santa come straight from

4. TIEW BUSIl`IESS
Mr. Wons needs to put all board things on hold. He does not feel that
he will be beneficial to the board. And he will tenure his resignation.
He expressed his wish however, to be a subcommittee member.
Ms. Breckon wanted to bring up the fact that there are still lights on at
the ball field. The lights did not come on until the half way through
the game and it interfered with the practices. She feels that there
needs to be a master key made. This will be inexpensive and may help
the problem.
Ms. Lomax responded by saying that she had someone look at the
lights and they said that there was nothing wrong. Mr. Warren Brown
l~ ~'
said he would make sure that the lights are working. She says that
there is an ongoing problem with the lights. Sandy says that she wants
to work it out. Sandy keeps hearing that the lights keeps tripping. She
will take any suggestions anyone has concerning this matter. Ms.
Breckon suggested a few things to help with the situation.
