1. CALL TO ORDER.
Mr. Wons called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
2. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION.
There was no public participation.
3. OLD BUSINESS.
A. APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 6, 1996.
The motion was made by Ms. Huttner and seconded by Ms.
Latimer to approve the minutes of the February 6, 1996
meeting. The motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
B. DIRECTORS REPORT - EASTER EGG HUNT.
Ms. Lomax went over the details for the Easter Egg Hunt. The fields
are going to be set up as follows:
FIELD AGE FIELD HELPERS
1 3-4 YEAR OLD Mr.and Mrs. Sargent, Mr. Wons,
2 5-7 YEAR OLD Ms. Sheppard, Ms. Latimer
3 8-11 YEAR OLD Ms. Huttner, Ms. Kane, Mr. Smock or
Mr. Lomax
1 2 AND UNDER (RECYCLED EGGS) All the above will help
There were flye rs prepared and passed out for the event.

Some board members were able to get donations from different
businesses and brought the donations with them to the meeting.
It was the general consensus of the board to hold a workshop right
before the hunt. The workshop will be held on March 26th at 7:00
p.m.
4. NEW BUSINESS.
A. FOUNDERS' DAY PARTICIPATION.
The Historic Preservation Board expressed their appreciation in
advance through Ms. Lomax to the Parks and Recreation Advisory
Board for volunteering to help at the information booth for both
days of the Arts and Crafts Festival.
5. ADJOURN.
The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
