request. There arc letters still due from the City of Longwood and Florida Power. Also,
all of the adjacent property owners have not respondod. A letter from St Laurence Gronp
also haz not been received.

Developer of the Commerce Park does have Jeed restrictions and they have a problem
with access into the pazk.

6. NEW BUSINESS:
Mr. Sargent [old the Board that the Ciry Commission had a workshop April9, 2002 on the
Master Plae and Code Rook for the historiedisnict. There are workshops required to go
through. The Hlswric Preservation Board will have a workshop next Wednesday. April
I7, 2002 to go over (heir rewmmendatiovs, they are the Board primarily responsible for
the historic distrieJ. LPA is responsible because it is part of Ne Lmrd Development Code to
w. It will go to the Ciry Commission after liP6 for final review and hopefully
app oval. When it comes before LPA e copy of the bookr will he provided far rerview.
The Longwood Development Code is going before Ciry Commission Mondey, April 15,
2002 for Ne first reading. Minor changes have been done since it was before l,PA and
