Mr. Lins moved to recommend approval of the purposed Variance Project NVAR-Ofi-96 to

Chairman Rovals opened the Public Hearing. Chairmen stated that Ms. Brown and family

Ms. Brown stated her name for the record, she presently lives at 365 F,. Magnolia. Ms.

Mr. Bob Largent ared his name for the record. He haz the same concerns about selling the
properly. Mr. Largent requested ifthere could be some way this decision could be changed

Mr Gosline explained that the staff recommendation is for adoption because there is no
choice under the sys[em in the stare of F'lotida- Mr. Gosline stated that since i[ is already

the staR'recommendation and also with the condition that the atafFhelps the Largest family
in the finurewirh a prospective buyer. Mr Tiblier sewnded and the motion end was passed
unamm usly by voice vote.
(c) PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER ADOPTION OF THE LAND
DEVELOPMEN'1'CODE;
Mr. Gosline explained that a revision of the LDC was approved by LPA in January of 1996.
Since that additional r shave bee made and e n dealing with
billboards has been added. Invvilew oP the changes which have been made the staff flt it
necessary to have another public heating by the LPA to review all changes.
